Description
Sodium sulfonates, calcium sulfonates and calcium carbonates sulfonates form an electrochemical barrier that provides long-lasting protection against moisture and acidic attack. They are widely used in rust-preventive oils and waxes, emulsions, industrial fluids and automotive oils.
Sulfurized additives, on the other hand, provide tailored extreme-pressure and anti-wear protection. Their formulation can be adjusted according to specific needs: sulfur content (total or active), viscosity, colour, solubility or copper compatibility. These components are essential in metalworking oils fluids, greases and gear oils.
